Products and pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with notice.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors). If we cancel, we will notify you and refund amounts charged for the canceled items, if a refund is warranted.
Shipping and returns
Shipping, delivery estimates, and returns are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages. Those policies are part of these Terms.
Cosmetic products
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use as labeled. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Follow label directions. If you have sensitive skin, consider a patch test. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek professional care if needed.
Reviews and user content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (including via reviews app provider Loox), you grant Aubrey Nicole a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for our marketing and storefront. You confirm the content is truthful and that you have the rights to share it.
Intellectual property
The Aubrey Nicole name, logo, product names, and site content are protected. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aubrey Nicole is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited.
